Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping

We offer our products to the following countries at the these rates with standard shipping:

United States and it's territories: $4.50

Europe: $8.99

Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa: $11.99

Domestic Orders can be expected with standard shipping to arrive between 5-9 days after ordering. Orders to United States territories and Hawaii may take up to 14-18 days to be delivered.

International Orders can be expected to arrive between 7-14 days after ordering.

Sometimes our printer may take an unannounced vacation, or the shipping route is like a crowded lineup, so it is possible that your order may arrive after the given delivery window.

If you have made a mistake inputing your shipping address after ordering, you have 2 days to email us with your updated address and we will change it for you. If it is beyond 2 days, please email us and we will do our best to cancel the order and create another order with the correct address.

Taxes and Tariffs

International customers may be charged taxes/duties by your local customs office. The charges will vary country to country and are dependent on a range of factors, to find out more, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Paracosm will not be held responsible for these.

Please note: If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product minus any costs we incur as a result of the return shipping. You will not be refunded the shipping fee.

Returns and Refunds

Not the right fit? No stress, you can cancel or return your order within 30 days from you get that product. In order to cancel, or return, you must inform us of your decision by emailing us at admin@paracosmsurf.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we get those products back. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. The buyer is responsible for producing a shipping label and shipping the product back to our fulfillment center.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The products are in the original packaging

  • The product is unused

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Stickers and Phone cases

We can refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our own discretion. We do not offer returns because you're not feeling the stoke anymore from the product. Returns can be made for damaged or incorrect products, and for resizing exchanges.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following addresses dependent on your location and the fulfillment center used to ship your order:

Before returning package, please e-mail us at admin@paracosmsurf.com so we can help you with the correct return address for your package.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges, however, we can work with you to return your order within the given 30 day window and order a new product with the refund given to you, however you will still be responsible for shipping rates.
